What is Key Club?
Key Club serves as a global service organization dedicated to fostering leadership, community service, and character development among high school students. It is a branch of Kiwanis International, a worldwide organization with a focus on volunteerism and community service. With a presence in over 40 countries, Key Club has more than 200,000 members worldwide.
What are the membership requirements to join Key Club?
In order to become a Key Club member, individuals must complete 10 hours of community service through Key Club. Once completed, $18 dues will be added to your PaySchoolsCentral account. These requirements must be completed by November 1st.
Why should I consider joining Key Club?
Key Club provides its members with opportunities to give back to its community and make a positive impact on the lives of others through various service projects. Members can also take on leadership roles by planning projects or meetings and holding elected leadership positions at the club, district, and international levels.
When are the upcoming Key Club events or projects?
The amount of Key Club events/projects typically varies. However, you can always expect to find multiple events/projects posted on our Classroom page throughout each month.
How can I track my community service hours through Key club?
Members can track their community service by contacting our Secretary, Hadassah Trini, or by visiting the Hours Page, which is usually updated once a month.
