1.  If you cannot attend an event you have been assigned to, please inform an officer of your cancellation within a 48-hour notice period. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of one hour from your total hours.

2.  Punctuality is crucial for events. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

3.  Bring required supplies for specific events and consider factors such as weather, humidity, and time of day.

4.  Event registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis! If you have already completed the hour requirement, priority will be given to individuals who still need to fulfill their hours. Otherwise, volunteer announcements will be randomized.
